• Total Control balls are a unique and natural way for hitters to develop core and upper body strength through the hitting zone (A.K.A. “wheelhouse”).
• Weighing in at 425 grams and measuring 2.9 inches in diameter, these Total control balls are designed with baseball hitters in mind. As such, they can be delivered with a a front or side toss approach, though the best results will be achieved with the front toss approach.
• Because Total Control balls are weighted, it is advised that you take a gradual approach with them to build strength over time. For instance, your first hitting sessions should consist of about three-to-six solid hits, then increasing to maximum of 18 to 24 hits per session.
